About us 
Sean D. Casterline is the President and Senior Portfolio Manager for Delta Capital Management, a Registered Investment Advisor located in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Casterline founded Delta Capital Management in 2002.
Born in 1969, Sean earned both his Bachelor's degree in Finance as well as his M.B.A. from the University of Florida. Additionally, he has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and has passed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's Series 4, Series 7, Series 24, Series 63, and Series 65 examinations.
Sean's career in the registered financial services industry began in earnest in 1992 when he joined Central Florida-based Delta Advisory Services, Inc. as an asset manager. During his tenure, he progressed through the ranks of the company to eventually earn the title of Senior Portfolio Manager. In 1998, he departed Delta to pursue an opportunity as the Senior Portfolio Manager with the prestigious Wealth Management Financial Group. While working at Wealth Management, Sean managed client assets totaling over $165 million and co-hosted the syndicated financial radio show Talking About Your Investments. Additionally, in 2010, he was published by Wiley when he coauthored Investor's Passport.
Sean has appeared regularly on both NBC and FOX affiliate stations around the country, and has been a regular speaker at investment conferences throughout the nation, sharing the stage with such notables as Zig Ziglar and former U.S. Senator and presidential candidate Bob Dole. Additionally, Sean is a regular and frequent contributor to a wide variety of financial trade magazines and websites.
Mr. Casterline has been awarded a five star quality rating by Paladin Registry after a comprehensive review of his credentials, ethics, business practices, and financial services. Only 7% of the advisors in the financial services industry achieve the Registry's highest quality rating.
Donald C. Nestor is the Senior Financial Planner for Delta Capital Management, LLC. With over 30 years of experience as a professional in the financial services industry, Don is certified as a public accountant (CPA) and financial planner (CFP®) and is a graduate of West Virginia University.
Specializing in retirement planning and asset management, he was the co-host of the financial radio talk show "Money Matters" and has also appeared as a frequent guest on CBS and NBC television affiliates.
Having served with distinction in the United States Army, Don is a proud military veteran. He currently serves as chief sponsor of the Orlando Support Group for the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America , which is a national volunteer health agency dedicated to fighting the neuromuscular disorder. Mr. Nestor & his wife Peg, a registered nurse, have five children and nine grandchildren.
Thomas Blake is a Senior Vice-President with Delta Capital Management and heads up our tax and accounting areas. Thomas has over 25 years of experience as a professional in the tax and financial services industries and is certified as a public accountant (CPA) and financial planner (CFP®). He is currently sitting for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has passed the first of three levels. Thomas has an undergraduate degree from Florida State University and an MBA (accounting) from Florida State.
Since 1989, Thomas has also served as the lead instructor for the Becker Professional Review, which is one of the highest rated review courses for persons studying for CPA testing.
Roy F. Miranda is the Senior Plan Consultant for Delta Capital Management specializing in the fiduciary aspects of the corporate retirement plan marketplace. As a plan consultant, Roy’s main thrust is to coordinate programs designed to guide Plan Sponsors and Fiduciaries through plan development and design, investment management selection, employee education, legislative changes, and ongoing plan administration and monitoring. Roy walks plan clients through a six step process; identifying goals, objectives and their shortfalls if any; writing and applying an Investment Policy Statement; documenting fiduciary compliance; selecting providers and monitoring their expenses; developing an effective employee education program and managing your plan for success.
Roy earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida State University as well as his Master of Arts in Health Services Management from Webster University. Additionally, he has earned the Professional Plan Consultant designation, the Registered Financial Planner designation, and has passed the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's Series 6, Series 7, Series 65 examinations.
Since 2009 Roy has been an affiliate member of the Central Florida Medical Group Management Association, member of the Central Florida Health Underwriters Association, board member of the Seminole County Reagan Clubs and church member of the Metro Church of Winter Springs.
Myra Nicholson, Esq is a Senior Vice President of Delta Capital Management and a 20 year veteran of the securities industry.
Myra, a graduate of Western Kentucky University, received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. She began her career as an associate attorney in the Tallahassee, Florida offices of Akerman Seterfitt, where she specialized in legal matters pertaining to securities, banking and insurance. Subsequent to her work in private legal practice, she was corporate counsel for two Florida based national insurance companies. Additionally, Myra served for many years in various legal and compliance capacities for Invest Financial Corporation, a national broker/dealer and investment advisor. While with Invest Financial she was appointed as First Senior Vice President for Representative Services and General Counsel.
Myra is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
Lisa Ianacone is both the receptionist and administrative assistant for the Delta Capital Management. She applies her customer service and administrative skills and oversees the day-to-day activities at the firm. She is the first friendly face the first friendly voice that you will encounter when calling or coming to Delta. She enjoys the variety associated with the administrative assistant position and particularly enjoys greeting clients and using her organizational skills daily in her administrative support. She has brought administrative and office skills to Delta for ten years. Lisa and her husband, Gary, are long time residences of the Orlando area. They have two grown sons and both enjoy antique shopping and cooking. Lisa also enjoys reading, gardening and playing with her two dogs Winston and Brinkley.
